"David Felzenberg aka Bubbles The Clown has been performing at Port Discovery, The Children's Museum in Baltimore, as Bubbles The Clown for the past 4 years.  David has a wonderful stage presence with children.  He is positive, approachable, and kind.  He is a positive adult role for the children in the community.

Recently, David has donated his services to two of Port Discovery's community wellness events: the Annual Financial Literacy Fair and Countdown to Kindergarten.  Countdown to Kindergarten is an annual resource fair for children entering kindergarten.  Port Discovery and partnering organizations give out 10,000 admission passes to families with children entering kindergarten who would normally be unable to access the Museum and the much needed resources provided at this community event.

David volunteered his time at both events to present his program, "Financial Fitness for Kids," an interactive financial literacy program for children.  The positive reaction from guests was both expected and surprising, expected because we know the high quality of David's work, and yet surprising because, despite most of our hardest efforts, financial literacy can be a difficult and boring subject to present to children.  I am pleased to report that "Financial Fitness for Kids" was anything but boring!  He was engaging, reached children on their level, and imparted valuable, needed information on financial literacy to help children start a path to financial wellness.  His ability to bring financial literacy information down to the appropriate developmental level for children is a rarity, and this program should be valued as a resource that our community needs."
