About Us

Established in 2009, It's About The Kids Education Organization (IATK) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide innovative educational programs for young people in the Baltimore area.  What makes our programs innovative is that we use the performing art of clowning to convey messages of financial literacy, reading literacy,  childhood obesity prevention, and environmental education. 

Our programs draw children in and engage them in the education programs by using magic, balloons, and props.  You can see in the eyes of the kids and in their comments that they are learning valuable information and skills while they are having fun.  The feedback from teachers, parents, and community members has been very positive.
